Mother Earth is a Bodhisattva (an Enlightened Being). She continues to do Her duty. Just look as Spring arrives and She creates the world anew.
Celebrate Springs arrival.
How fortunate we are to be a part of the family of beings that live here.
What's our job? Simply, give thanks.

Sacred Well
Sacred Wells fed by underground pure springs were often recognized as a place where the Goddess dwelled. Drink from Her Well and receive Her Wisdom. Throughout the world these Sacred Goddess sites have been renamed and covered over. Many women have reawakened Sacred sites with present day rituals. But remember Sacred
Wells are a metaphor for the woman's' wisdom that constantly flows through each of us from the deepest part of ourselves. By awakening to the inner Source, and refreshing ourselves there daily, we quench the thirst and dryness of life.

Wisdom Keepers
I have been most fortunate to have had (and continue to have) great teachers. I've sat at the feet of Native American, Buddhist and Hindu Wisdom Keepers. One day I was sitting at the feet of a teacher and we were all just chanting. I was soaking up all the love. I looked up at him and realized he was just a manifestation of me, and I him. I no longer needed the outside form of "a teacher" to teach me anything. I got it. I think that's what a true teacher does...they are like a lighthouse, a beacon, on the further shore. Guiding you to your own True Nature with their light. When you are absorbed in the Oneness you realize we are All the same Being. Far out. I still go and listen to great spiritual teachers, just for a refresher course. A True Master will smile back at you as if you are looking in a mirror.
I am most fortunate to have had this experience in this lifetime.

Renewal
Take time each day, each moment to renew yourself in this stress-filled world. Drink deeply from the sweet nectar of life which is always available if we can have awareness; if we can catch ourselves when we get "caught" up in the drama.
When you catch yourself getting caught ask this simple question...
What can I do, right now, to take care of myself?
It's O.K. to be selfish about preserving your own peace.

Tolerance
The Dalai Llama often talks about tolerance and uses the analogy of a garden of flowers. Wouldn't it be boring if there was only one kind of flower, he ponders. Rather a rich diversity of colors, fragrances, and types brings beauty to life here on Earth.
We humans could learn a great deal from the flowers, bees and butterflies. Living together in the garden with tolerance and compassion for one another with our different beliefs is essential for creating a true community of wholeness.
Speak up for diversity and tolerance.
